Who is Grant Gold?  At first you might see him as just another member of Austin Referral Realty.  You might not know that he has 3 years of real estate training under one of the Nation’s Top Agents.  Grant has excelled not only in his training, but is now a senior associate with Austin Referral Realty.

Over the past 4 years in Austin real estate market, Grant has learned the skills of what it takes to successfully work with both buyers and sellers.

“Sellers want the most $$ for their home and in the quickest amount of time.  It seems as if most agents don’t understand this and just want sellers to reduce their price so the agent will make his/her commission.”  Grant understands the concerns of a seller.   As an agent, Grant will always put his client’s needs first to listen and take care of each concern.

When Grant is not in the office or out with a Client, you can find him enjoying free time on the golf course or at a tailgate party for the Texas Longhorns.  Fredericksburg, TX is where Grant was raised and it is where most of his family currently lives.  “I still love to visit Fredericksburg as my fiancé and I enjoy the shopping, restaurants, and of course the music and wine!”
